You’ve overwhelmed me again.  I have already put in a re-order so that I will have enough for you all and for Comicon.  If there is any delay as a result, it won’t be but a couple weeks, I think.

To those of you overseas who wish a book, I will be getting the shipping costs when I receive the book itself and can go to the PO, weigh and evaluate it.  There will naturally be some delay incurred, but you will also receive the same little bonus and the signed copy as the other folks who ordered online.
