Yeah, and I’m envying Mentl too-along with every other guy being chosen at that dance. Yatta doesn’t seem to be there, but then again, he’s already been chosen-more than once.

calisto - What you’re seeing is the columns from Moonhenge.
Blue - Ms Lennox is, and has always been sculpted of pure awesome. She’s classy, an astounding artist, musician and performer but she’s also got a deep, gorgeous woman’s voice with power that you don’t find everywhere.
ladygreensleeves - Yeah, I think they’re a cute, if slightly lopsided couple.
hans - She had to have a voice that you could believe came from a big body. Annie’s got it.

Sleepinin - Doing my best. And frankly, you just made me think of a fun song by my friend Mark Romano, on whom Mentl is partly based. Mark is a fantastic musician and performer, and he has a Celtic band called “The Plowboys” and a cowboy band called “Big Red Sky.” He’s considerably older than Mentl, naturally, but if you wanted to see and hear something akin to our resident enchanter, go here:

Oh - and Mark is also a real rodeo cowboy, a national champion quick-draw artist and marksman with antique and modern weapons, and has degrees in English, Political Science and, I think, history. He’s what Zaphod Beeblebrox would call a “hoopy frood.”
