Sorry, Dragonson; the dragons aren't in the pit. They're on the other side of the fire, watching the girls dance through the shimmering veils of the flames. (Plus, they're getting hungry. Gee, I wonder why?)

And Ami is quite correct. Position is possible, breathing problematical. (It has to do with the way the torso gets twisted, tightening the abdominal muscles.) Provided it's a short stay, that pose isn't too bad.

I think I know what bugs me about her left leg; the knee is incompletely rendered. But, as JED is right to point out, it's a sketch. If this were being done in pencil on paper, we'd remember it's a sketch much more easily, I think.

Nope, still voting for a "Rrrawrrr" from our heroine to our hero, with that sex-tigress look...

I can personally testify that it's physically possible, but not easy. That variety of muscle isolation is something done frequently in bellydance, where you try to get your upper and lower halves doing something independently of each other. However, getting into that position isn't as difficult as trying to breathe once you're there. >.<

Ohhh, she's on the >ground<... Now it makes perfect sense. Thanks for reminding us that these are sketches. Love the arc from back leg and hair up through her hands.

Professor 61771 - So, this morning I am going about my usual routine - Clean cat box. Got it. Turn on water. Right. Brush teeth while water heats up. Check. Get in shower. Take usual hot shower to get ready to be late for work. Yep. Dream little shower daydreams, not really too focused or awake. Turn off the water, pull curtain aside and -

MOWWW!

Huge frigging black cat on toilet, inches away from my exposed best friends, hollers at me in the echo chamber that is my little bathroom. So naked little middle-aged man startled out of his tiny mind does wet-spraying dance of flailing and nearly kills himself.

Stoopid cat.

Grey - Pretty sure it's a shadow.

dalewake - Depends on your definition of "evil."

SamuraiDemonPuppy - You have my sympathies. (see above anecdote.)

InquisitiveRaven - Heh. Easier said than done, as some have pointed out.

Jean - Indeed. :)

Gremalkin - Well, I liked it when I made it. Mind you, it's not a big deal to redo it in case I change my mind.

Jean - As Vito once said, she's a flailer and a screamer. The kind that can tear the wallpaper off the walls and bend brass headboards in her bare hands.

Uhl - Yeah, I'd find the "legal" owner first and make sure that there wasn't any issue.

Sleepinin - Death by snu snu ...

calisto - It's out of context, perhaps, because the pose is really a capture of an actual dancer. also, the proportions are a little illusory thanks to the folds of the skirt.

dolo-pzora - "I had snu-snu!"

Speedhump - She's not airborn. She's actually on the ground. this is just one element to the final page that I rendered separately and put on a flamey-sparky background. That will certainly change in the final. Just to be clear, these last couple have been *sketches* for the final page. The first coulple of teasers were final posted renders. These are elements that may or may not be used in the final page.

Hwyla - She is, indeed, very flexible, athletic, and young. But you want to see really flexible to the point of not believing it? The Ross Sisters.

Dragonson - Gen gojala ni chanata Zona Suvremana! Gen eratu. :)

Gotta say I don't have a problem with her 'smile' - it has quite the 'leer' to it. Almost a 'feral' quality. I didn't really think predator-bite, but most certainly wild-animal-sex-to-come.

And we should hardly be surprised with her jumping above the fire - not after he jump in the swordplay up onto the top of the columns.

But she sure is flexible to get her feet back like that - especially considering her muscles. But then, she's young - the young ARE much more flexible than I.
