I know your pain JD, I’ve done htat with written works. My advice? Change your desktop to ‘SAVE IT SAVE IT SAVE IT SAVE IT!’ Set an alarm half an hour on your cell phone with the tag ’save it’ anything to keep you saving.

Dude that pun was AWFUL.
And yeah, I think all artists have had a crash and lost a huge amount of work. The worst case being my friend, who’s hard drive crashed, and she lost ALL her digital art.
It’s made of suck, but no worries man, we’ll survive another day. :p

JE, I feel your pain. Learn the habit of continual, knee-jerk saving, I guess? I learned that the hard way too.
The suspense is killing me. Which is a sign that this story continues to be awesome.

Ow, ow, ow. Poor guy. You’re not the only one to get so involved in the project that you forget to save. You know, some programs can be set to auto-save every ten minutes or so. Might want to look into it.
Or at least, soundproofing the workspace, to keep your neighbors from hearing the screams.

I once lost a 2500 word English research paper that was due in two days; and I had already returned the library books. I had to hack my computer using mspaint to get it out of safe mode so I could try to find my stuff. =\
Anyway, don’t kill yourself trying to get everything back in one day though. We’ll survive. Maybe. Ish…

If there is an autosave function (I know nothing about Poser) it can be very useful, but if the software pushes your hardware to the limit you may find that you can’t work while the autosave is working - so it’s not always clear cut. A real pain when you lose so much work though.
On a completely different topic, I notice Tula doesn’t seem to have underarm hair - does she have to remove it, or do adult female Erogenans not have it in the first place?
